Dave Gribben

Processing, Technical Assistance, Quality Control Services
dgribben@sfse.co.nz

Dave Gribben has over 25 years seed treatment experience and as such is recognised in the Industry as being New Zealand's most experienced and capable Production Manager. Dave set up our Pukekohe plant in late 1999 from scratch. Seed Enhancements was the first company in Australasia to treat seed with the revolutionary 'rotary' machinery and the first in the world to commercially pellet vegetable seed in rotary machinery. Dave brought this all together and today oversees a production staff of three people and one Quality Control Supervisor.

When he is not at work you will likely find Dave fly fishing in a lake or stream somewhere in NZ.

Andrew Culley

aculley@sfse.co.nz

Andrew has 30 years experience in the seed industry and today manages the Sales and Distribution side of Seed Enhancements business. Andrew travels widely and often to keep up with the latest developments in seed coating worldwide. He is always keen to listen to particular grower 'in field' seed germination and establishment problems and then to help develop a solution.

Andrew enjoys contact with current and new customers. When not at work he is likely to be on the sporting field (with his children) or chasing cattle around on the farm.
